Chocolate Pistachio Thumbprint Cookies … again!

I posted my mom’s recipe for Chocolate Pistachio Thumbprint Christmas cookies last year on the blog and thought it bears repeating! 🙂 These are always a hit at cookie exchanges, too. I have all my supplies on hand and I am preparing to make a QUADRUPLE batch this year to give some away to neighbors & friends & family. Hope that you enjoy!

Every year my mom always made these cookies, so in her honor (and because they are positively SCRUMPTIOUS), I make them. This year I thought to take a few pictures even! 😉

Anyway, here’s the recipe for anyone who’s interested. Keep in mind, it’s 3 separate items that you are making. First, you make the cookie bases, then the filling to scoop into them, then the drizzly goodness. ENJOY!
