So not much new news here. Mom is gaining more strength each day and had a followup yesterday with the surgeon. Her incision seems to be healing fine and he said that she may start chemo as soon as two weeks from now. She has the appointment with the oncologist tomorrow so that will be when the ball really gets rolling.
We are continuing as a family to thank God for healing our mom, wife and grandma. We thank Him for the healing he has promised in His Word and are excited to see it manifest in her body.
For those who are keeping mom in your prayers, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. What a joy to know that thousands of people are seeking God for my mama’s healing. Keep praying for my mom’s spirit and mental health as well, as going through something like this takes such a toll on you emotionally. Pray that she would feel encouraged and full of hope, and that the lies of the devil would not be able to penetrate into her spirit.
Matthew 17:19-20 says “I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, `Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
We refuse to put limits on our Jesus.
We refuse to accept what science or man’s prognosis.
We choose to dwell on God’s promises.
